₹ 15,00,000 की पहली किश्त (टावर स्थापना और एग्रीमेंट के बाद)
₹ 25,00,000 की दूसरी किश्त (कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद)
हर महीने ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 किराया,
परिवार के एक सदस्य को ₹12,000/माह की नौकरी
📜 एग्रीमेंट की शर्तें:
कोर्ट के माध्यम से 20 वर्षों का एग्रीमेंट
हर साल 10% किराया बढ़ोतरी
₹2,450 रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क
